To access the restitution payment portal, you will need to have the Court Case Number (CR#) or Justice Court Case Number (JC#) and Defendant’s Last Name. This portal is only for the Felony Diversion Program, Opioid-Use Pilot, Serious Mental Illness-Felony Diversion Program, Veterans Diversion Program, Developmental Disabilities-Felony Diversion Program, and Domestic Violence Diversion Program. The portal only accepts credit cards payments. Using the portal will take you to a different website. You may select to receive a receipt after your payment.
You may also choose to make restitution payments by mailing a Cashier’s Check or Money Order payable to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

Include on the Cashier’s Check or Money Order: Defendant’s Full Name and Court Case Number (CR#) or Justice Court Case Number (JC#). If you do not have the CR# or JC#, please provide the defendant’s date of birth.
Walk-in payments to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office will not be accepted.
